With the development of Lockwood Place, A&R worked with multiple partners, including Parkway Corporation and David S. Brown Enterprises, to transform an undervalued surface parking lot into a multi-story retail and structured parking garage in the heart of Baltimore City.  The $130 million project includes 98,000 square feet of retail space, a 940-space garage, and an adjacent 275,000 square foot office tower .
