With its pioneering plan for a luxury townhome community in an area formerly dominated by industry, A&R developed Canton Square into one of Baltimore’s most popular residential neighborhoods.

Winning a competitive bid from the City of Baltimore, A&R completed 133 homes, which almost instantly sold out. The project team created swiveled end units to maximize residents’ views, breaking new ground with the architectural design.
