Created by our co-founder and his wife, the William L. and Victorine Q. Adams Foundation continually strives to make a meaningful impact in the communal life of the cities where we work.
We are particularly devoted to helping young people receive the education they need and deserve to fulfill their limitless potential. We have done so by funding a broad array of educational institutions in the Baltimore area.
