Baltimore, MD
Selected by the City of Baltimore to transform the site of a former public housing high-rise building into a vibrant new community, A&R delivered an array of high-quality housing and neighborhood amenities.
Working with Harkins Builders, A&R developed 338 rowhouses, 110 apartment units for senior citizens, a daycare center, a community building, a recreational facility and new infrastructure.
The $52.3 million Hope VI project (the first such project in Baltimore) revitalized the neighborhood, located between the downtown business district and Johns Hopkins Hospital.
